These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through WAPITA (PTY) LTD. By initiating a purchase you agree to be bound by these terms.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by WAPITA. Purchases are initiated via WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive a confirmation once your order is accepted.
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are additional and will be confirmed during your purchase conversation. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Payment details and methods will be arranged directly with WAPITA upon confirming your order. We do not process payments through automated online checkout.
We ship from Cape Town, South Africa. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Physical goods in original, unopened condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). To initiate a return, contact gsweto@gmail.com with your purchase reference.
Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAPITA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
